We have been using Havealook for our businesses SEO and our websites. Their processes to achieve websites that matched our design brief were superior to other companies we have worked with in the past. Their support team are always extremely helpful and responsive.Additionally, the use of their SEO has had our company being highly rated/viewed within google searches. Havealook have been the website and email hosts for my business for many years. Their customer support service team is excellent, I often liaise with Trevor and more recently Narelle but there is always a team member on hand to respond quickly and professionally to any queries.During the Victorian covid lockdowns with the Ringwood shop restricted from opening, I took the opportunity to refresh my website. My goal was to create a fresh new look for my business and increase online sales. I also decided to engage Havealook for SEO, working with their specialist Jacob. He was particularly helpful with making recommendations and assisting in the process of transferring the data to new categories and ensuring functionality of the various elements of the website. He liaised with the design team to showcase various aspects of my business effectively. This included assisting with appropriate content to focus on our primary target marketsbeing the dried flower arrangements for online and shop sales and the artificial corporate flower rentals. SEO included a variety of strategies including key words, locations, and quality blog content.Engaging Jacob and the team was a positive move as the google rating quickly accelerated to 1st place in some key categories and page 1 in other categories. This has increased sales and enquiries via my website including new customers visiting my Ringwood shop specially to purchase forever lasting dried flower arrangements. I don't really leave reviews, but I am more than happy to leave one for Havealook Websites!We have used 'the works' service, and only provided really basic instructions and descriptions for what the website would be like as we are not really sure about what we want on the website.The outcome was surprisingly much better than what our team has expected! Despite being provided with hints of what we want, Havealook Websites design team were ale to pull off the job!Another thing that we have really appreciated is how fast and precise they answer our requests. Due to decision conflicts within BOD we have requested quite several amendments (guess more than 15 updates), but Havealook teams responded very quick, and able to amend within 3 hours!Highly recommended for companies looking for having their Website.
