The quality of Middletons Printing's products are fantastic. The staff are so helpful, and wonderful to work with! I am a very happy customer.

I've put two jobs through Middleton's now - 1 was a small catalogue run (CMYK, Full Bleed cover, 100x A4 pages bound in a ring binder) and the other one was a total panic job where I needed a large tender submission printed and bound in a matter of hours - 600 sheets, 50% A3 all full colour with a variety of bindings.I don't want to suggest these guys are just good in a pinch - they are awesome all around! I ordered a retractable banner through Middeltons Printing. When I ordered I asked them if they could have it ready within the week. He said that was no problem. I had an event that I needed it for on the weekend so I needed a quick turn around.The banner was supposed to be couriered to my house on the Friday. And it still wasn't there by Friday afternoon. I called numerous times on the Saturday to sort this out. The owner was trying to get me to meet him at a shopping centre to pick up another one as the courier had lost it. I said I couldn't and asked him to leave it at my house as I was busy.When I opened the banner the next day at my event it wouldn't clip onto the top. It unravelled and ripped all the way across the top and tore a hole in the banner. Leaving it useless.I called the owner to sort this out. He basically said it was my fault. When I explained to him what happened and that it must be the quality of the product he hung up on me.I paid $220 for this banner that I will never be able to use. And will now have to spend the same amount of money elsewhere to get a banner that I can use.This was exceptionally poor customer service and a poor product. And I will advise anyone I know in business not to use Middletons Printing.

Middletons are great to work with. John and the team are very easy to get a long with and have always met deadlines and expectations at a competitive price.
