0 stars!! Awful business and customer service!! Screen protector started bubbling day after purchase, it also has cracks and the phone has never been dropped. Such a waste of $40!!! Will be telling everyone to stay clear of this business.All I got was excuses that it was due to phone being curved ect, well maybe don't sell them for curved phones! She was quick to sell it to me, saying it was great quality. But never stating about the curve in the phone being an issue, only once I went back to complain!!

I wish I could give lower than 1 star, such terrible service and quality of work. The lady worker(judy)was one of the rudest workers I've ever dealt with, we just went in for a new screen protector and she snatched the phone out of my partners hand and told us to come back in 10 minutes. When we got back she tried to tell us the phone case is bad and won't work with the screen protector, so we removed the case. When we got home the screen protector had peeled up all along the side of the phone without even touching the phone. So we went back to get a refund and judy got really defensive and was all in my partners face(even though social distancing rules are meant to be applied because of covid)saying that its because we had put a case on the phone, which we hadnt. She kept trying to put the blame on us when it was clearly her product or application skills. Terrible experience, do not go near the place.

Terrible customer service and repair lady with serious anger management issues.I asked for a quote to repair my phone and, while checking my phone model, the man unknowingly bent my phone case and separated the soft rubber case from the hard rubber protection. When he gave it back I tried to fix it myself but couldn’t so I asked if they could perhaps fix it using their tools. The Asian lady who does the repairs stood up, marched over, and snatched my case and yelled at me insisting it was already broken and it wasn’t their fault. I calmly asked her to stop yelling since I wasn’t upset. She then proceeded to swear at me in front of my kids by which then I decided to leave.There are plenty of other mobile repair shops you can go to and, by the price I was quoted, you’re probably better off somewhere else.

Called up came in got my phone fixed within an hour and very honest and reliable great people that work there will definitely come back again!

Got the job done in the end, however dissatisfied with the customer service and the number of inconveniences that arose. Went to repair my phone's cracked screen and also receive a new battery. Was told that it should be done in an hour's time. After over an hour, I was told that the screen was not responding to touch when it was functioning perfectly before the visit, albeit cracked. I was informed that they needed to take it home to 'check the motherboard' and that the machine for checking this was not in store. Seeing my phone in pieces, I hesitantly accepted, and asked when I could pick it up - to which they replied 'we open at 9 am tomorrow'.Being without a phone for the remainder of the day and the following morning, being in the hands of a stranger overnight with all access to information on the device, I believe that being paranoid was justified. Going back into the store a bit after 9 am the following morning, a different person was working and therefore wasn't aware of what happened the previous day. The lady said the same people from yesterday would arrive within 2 hours. I return within that time frame, to see that my phone was being fixed as I returned. I receive my phone fixed with no further information, and the cost still fixed. All in all, I am glad that my phone got the fixes it needed, however the poor customer service, communication and unforeseen inconvenience that was caused will not make me a future customer.

The lady is rude. I expect service and experience not have her walk off to take money or serve someone else, or answer her phone in another language and ignore me. If I complain she tells me to never come back.

First of all I will say that I found the staff here friendly, however, I took 2 phones in. 1 iphone, 1 s21 samsung. I spent $170 on front and rear screen protectors and 2 covers. After a day the front protector on the s21 bubbled. I went back and in all fairness they did replace it ( he did ask which cover I had been using, which was the one I bought from them ). He then said that they didn't have to replace it as they don't have a warranty on screen protectors. Hours later the new one started to bubble and come off around the curves. It's too much of an effort to go back again so I'll just go elsewhere. Maybe just a bad batch, who knows

This business is shonky and an absolute disgrace. The lady that is the manger has poor to no communication skills and has severe management issues.The products are very overpriced and the quality is disgraceful.My IPhone 13 camera protector fell off after 1 month and the adhesive was dry. The screen protector started bubbling and when I approached her about it the care factor was none and her attitude was disgusting telling me it was the cases fault.I will be reporting her and the business practices to the ombudsman.Strongly do not recommend it’s a disgrace

Great staff! I did the research on prices for fixing my Samsung s20 ultra smashed screen and they gave me a very reasonable price! I dropped the phone off at 4pm and expected to be picking the phone up the next day but they called me 45 minutes later to come pick it up! The sweet lady whose name escapes me didn't just hand me the phone and expect payment, she ran me through the process of testing the brand new screen and showed me how all their tests were successful! Will definitely be going back for any repairs on future phones!
