Thanks you so much for your quality service in both customer service and installation. Your receptionist was always polite and helpful, quoting was prompt and easy to undersunde, and the guys that installed the system were wonderful to deal with. They took the time to make sure we were 100% happy with all aspects of the install. Highly recommended.

From the quoting stage through to the final installation I was very happy with the service I received from River City Airconditioning. I was very happy with the installation solution of the pipework and electrics. Very neat and tidy install and the staff were all very friendly and honest.

Still waiting on a quote or any sort of action from my enquiry and corresponding inspection from them 3-4 months ago. I followed up for a quote and heard back in January ‘shouldn’t be too much longer’ - still waiting….. Would have rathered an upfront response stating they didn’t have time initially rather then wasting our time.

Yesterday I had my air conditioner installed by Trent and Arama who did a fantastic job.They arrived on time, were super friendly and were very careful with the installation to ensure nothing was damaged or made dirty. They were very happy to answer any questions that I had.Once they finished they ran the necessary tests, showed me how to use the system and even took away the large boxes that the unit came in (which i wasn't expecting).I would definitely recommend River City Airconditioning to anyone that needs a aircon installed. The whole process went so smoothly, well done guys :)

The team at River City air con were great from start to finish. Matt answered my enquiry very quickly, Rachel in the office was friendly, patient and simply a pleasure to deal with, finally the install team of Trent and Scott are great blokes, plus they were polite and did a very professional job. From the beginning when booking in the team was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The install team then turned up during their allotted time and removed an old unit and replaced it with a new one as well as cleaning 2 existing units. The team were professional & courteous and overall did a great job for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend their services!

Excellent customer service and prompt installation. The guys installing were friendly and professional. Job was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves which is better than others that live in my house! Great experience and would recommend to anyone wanting a good local business.
