Down Under Box

Highly recommend, i've sent many products over to my friends who are currently overseas. My boxes have arrived quickly and are good prices. The staff are contactable and have been always helpful with my enquiries.

This is such an amazing idea! We've sent numerous boxes to the UK as gifts so they can experience a little taste of Oz. . . .Everyone loves it and the service is out of this world! Easy to order, easy to track and easy to communicate with! A * service all round Down Under Box. Definitely recommend!!

Ordered a box for my family in Italy. Arrived safely and they loved the message and timtams! Real simple to organise as well.

Not at all happy. Firstly there was no advisory on their website that said that a PO Box number was required for a Middle East address. My order was alledgedly returned but the tracking data indicated it hadn't departed Australia. In getting a PO Box number I had to spoil the surprise package for my son currently working in Doha.So now we're three months down the track, the package is reportedly at a local" distribution centre and was to be delivered within several working days (9 March was the latest tracking update).Very unimpressed and would not recommend."

Fantastic product and customer service, i have sent several Down under Boxes to family and friends living overseas who absolutely loved them. The website is simple to navigate, fantastic gift idea for an Aussie living away from home. Cant recommend this enough!

Terrible customer service. I paid for express international shipping, it took over a week to leave their building only when I sent an email to find out why it hadn't been sent. I'm an idiot who makes mistakes at work all the time so I understand mistakes happen and was slightly annoyed, but thought if they apologise I'll be happy and leave it at that. No response to my emails at all or apology. I then requested a refund for the shipping as the shipping was more than the order, once again no response and no refund. It's been 9 days since my last email to them and still havn't heard from them. The lack of response is what annoys me the most, it's just so damn rude. I will never use Down Under Box again.

Great customer service, fast delivery, my family throughly enjoyed all the amazing Aussie treats. Will definitely be using down under box again. Amazing !!

The Down Under Boxes are AMAZING!!!I have currently sent two (about to send a third) to friends who live overseas and they all say how wonderful it is.I especially love how it is also available on After Pay, you pay for the fantastic products (which is posted in the most fantastic box, even without being gift wrapped- which is also offered!) in instalments that are very affordable!I have become a regular customer and I will be back again!

Don't expect a reply if your having issues with the posting, mine sat with US customs for almost a month i asked for them to investigate never replied after initial email.
