The long-fermented sourdough breads are absolutely amazing and the cookies are unreal! Nothing compares to the quality I have found here. This is truely a welcoming bakery where passion, quality and authenticity prevails.

Fantastic bread - I used to have to go down to Bread Social for good quality sourdough and am thrilled to now have the best quality bread nearby. The fruit loaf is fantastic too. It’s great that you can park right out the front and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Best cookies in Australia...dare I say the world?! They're made fresh morning of unlike other thick cookie brands that expect you to microwave them to enjoy them. They don't need anything, just buy and shove in face immediately. The olive loaf is also out of this world as well as the other breads I've tried. Will revisit as much as possible!

Couldn't believe the texture and the taste of these sour dough based cookies. Tastiest cookies I've had and was the same verdict when I shared them around to my friends. Please open up a store in Sydney! Till then I'm stocking up every time I come to the GC!!

Gone in 60 seconds! Absolutely delicious cookies, super fresh and unique flavours. Coconut chocolate my current fave. Can't wait to have them again!
