Macarthur Fitness Equipment

I purchased the Force USA Compact leg press online just over two weeks ago. I got in just in time as this item is now sold out. I did not expect it to get delivered to Perth so soon as things have gone mad with home fitness sales in the last couple of weeks. The machine is great quality and the assembly instructions are easy to follow. I must give Macarthur fitness 5 stars for service and could not believe the free delivery. Very happy and highly recommend them. Cheers

Bought kettlebells from Macarthur when on sale. Part of the order was lost in transit (no fault of Macarthur). They followed up with the freight company and eventually sent a replacement, all while keeping me updated. Good service!

I would like to give Eric an absolute 5 stars for his service. There is no BS about delivery dates, he is knowledgeable, very helpful and patient, honest and super nice. Through Macarthur Fitness Equipment i have bought everything from KB's, BB's, DB's, Landmine to Monster G6, which he came to my gym studio to service at no charge. He is my number 1 supplier for all of my PT business requirement and I will definitely keep going back there for any other equipment i need. His staff is also very nice. and helpful. Thank you.

I really wanted to give a 5 star review, but the whole after-purchase experience has been exhausting. The items themselves are exactly as expected, but after ordering and paying (via PayPal), and then receiving an email notification of imminent delivery.....nothing happened.It took a further 3 weeks, and multiple emails and phone calls, with Macarthur blaming the courier company but neither company being able to find the items. Worse was the 5 times that we received a message saying that the items would be delivered that day, only for nothing to arrive. Very disrupting!The items were finally delivered after the matter was escalated to PayPal for a refund.

Not only does Macarthur Fitness Equipment stock high quality gear, the fellow who served me was really easy to talk to. Sometimes me personally, even if I didn't rate the product (which I do) I would normally buy something anyway just purely for the professionalism he displayed when dealing with me. In saying this I'm pretty excited to make contact again as I've decided what exactly what I want. I will also be spending somewhere between $5000-$10000 of equipment because for the first time in a long time, he was not a pushy salesman in any way.

A positive experience dealing with Eric from start to finish. Did not pressure me into buying anything once out of my budget, if anything he encouraged me not to overspend. I've had a great experience purchasing a barbell through MacArthur Fitness Equipment; Customer service an honest, transparent and friendly experience. Due to the Pandemic coming around they went out of their way to ensure I received my barbell in reasonable time frame with global supply chain delays due to high demand from gym closures.Force USA The Patriot Barbell is a quality product, well worth its value.

I purchased the power rack combo in March, as the website indicated it was in stock. After a week of no communication, I attempted to call multiple times, however, nobody answered. Around the end of March, I called and they belligerently mentioned that what I had ordered was in fact out of stock and they would have it by the end of April. At the end of April, I still hadn't received my items and called back. They responded saying that the only item they were waiting for was the power rack and that it would be another month. At the end of May, I called again and they said that it would be another month. At the end of June the same thing happened, except they said they weren't able to supply the power rack anymore and would need to swap the bench and the power rack. I agreed to have my order updated with the alternative equipment as they weren't able to supply what I had ordered initially, even though they were supposedly only waiting on the power rack for my order. I waited with no communication from the store until the end of July, when they said that they were now waiting for just the weight plates, even though they said they were only waiting on the power rack. So I continued to wait and called back 3 weeks later. Now we are in August and they said it would be another few weeks for the weight plates. It's been almost 6 months since I made the order and I have received nothing, being told different stories every time I tried to inquire on the order. Throughout the past 5 months, I have been patient and cordial during this ordeal, and do not think the same level of respect has been shared with me. I do not recommend purchasing from this store, as their inventory is not up to date and their communication skills are horrendous. Having no faith in my order being fulfilled, I decided to refund my entire order not wanting to risk the 6 month PayPal buyers protection expiring on my order.
