Stood in a queue waiting to be served only to have people who telephoned answered and assisted before me. This happened several times if this is their policy then they have lost me as a customer for ever. Too many other options around to put up with queue jumpers

I find the guys at the desk at the Sunbury store to be really helpful.They stock more spares for 20 year old Falcons than Ford.

Went today to see if they had parts for my car, provided the part numbers from another auto store which didn’t have them in stock and they were able price match for me. Very happy with the service :)
