***No Star *** We built a brand new townhouse and these guys were the contractor who supplied and fitted our aircon and heating in January 2019. Operational manager Dom admitted they did not install Zoning correctly(per written Quote) however refuse any compensation for a mistake that has left us with zoning controller on the wrong level and the Zoning area not to what was ordered. We are still waiting for a call back from new operation manager Jim.

Consolidated Energy installed my split system and heating doesn't work. Contractor attended to review a month ago and suggested the cause is a gas leak but cannot get the Consolidated Energy to arrange a pressure test to resolve. Repeated emails go unanswered citing being on leave as the reason for no action taken in the last month. Feel like they are just trying to hide their time to get out of a warranty period.

Consolidated Energy were great to deal with. Liaised with David who organised the install of our ducted refrigerated system. Despite our very small backyard, they found a tucked away spot to fit the unit in. Dave and his team made things easy and install was done promptly. Thanks Consolidated Energy!

I have a solar hot water system installed about 6 years ago. Just recently, the system stopped working and we were only getting boosted hot water. I called and emailed the Melbourne office to request for a maintenance/service call to rectify the problem. My email hasn't been acknowledged a week after it was sent the phone call had the regular someone will call you at the end of the day"...this is now day 4 after the end of the day. Poor service
