Your business is in a mining town you need to open later. 4pm is a joke or open on the weekends not everyone can submit forms online

The male driving instructor there barely looks like he even wants to be there and on every one of my 3 failed driving tests has given minimal explanation as to why when I'm making sure I'm doing the right thing..I highly doubt he's doing he's job correctly and will be going to a different service in another town in future... absolutely fuming

Went in there in November 2017 to check about getting my unrestricted licence with the new provisions in place. Was served by a rude blonde haired woman that informed me I had to wait til May. (My licence expires November 2019) she got her manager to double check and he said the same thing. Now I've found out at another service centre I have to wait til May next year or do the test. I wish I knew this before hand. Could have done the test by now. Absolutely annoyed and frustrated. Not waiting to progress without the test..I have to sit through it even though I've been on my greens for yonks. Stupid. Usually the registry is fairly decent.

Omg! The team at Singleton Service NSW are amazing!Me and my partner live on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and had been around in circles for weeks trying to book him in for his licence to change it over from an international one.We received incorrect information (multiple) from the branch we visited in our area, and were desperate to get his NSW licence before his Brazilian licence expired.After weeks of no luck anywhere in Sydney or nearby, I searched into regional areas for availability in tests.Singleton came up as the closest availability and we headed out there.The team were all so helpful and understanding from the start, even understanding of his minimal English skills.He passed his computer test and they ever so kindly found another booking space so that we could come back in 3 weeks to take his driving test.so we ventured back there 3 weeks later and the tester (I’m so sorry, I have totally forgotten her name) was again understanding of my partners limited English during the test and after.Anyway…He passed!!Totally worth the 2.5 hr drive from home, just for their great service!!Thank you team!!

Fantastic. Nice to see a government deartment staffed with great service orientated people. Singleton is my local.

Was assisted by Belinda to change my licence from QLD to NSW. She was very friendly and happy to have a chat while also dealing with the formalities of the process. Have found all the staff there to be helpful and provide efficient service.
