Fantastic location, venue and owners.Jenelle and Leo were the best hosts that you could have. They both helped me organise my proposal - which she said yes!That night, we experienced a locally caught and cooked seafood banquite in the perfect ambiance.Thank you for the best anniversay and engagement.

My partner and I had a great stay at the luxury Ana Mandara Retreat just before Christmas. The hosts, Leo and Jennell, were magnificent, hard working and lovely to interact with. The food upon arrival and the 3 course breakfast were to die for. Will definitely be coming back again soon. I recommend this spot to anyone who wants to escape reality. Cheers!

Beautiful location and lovely experience. My husband and I were lucky enough to stay for a night over the June long weekend. From the minute we arrived we felt welcome and pampered after a long day of driving. The room we stayed in had a lovely view of Hastings River. The meals included during our stay (dinner and breakfast) were delicious three course meals. Before dinner we enjoyed a glass of wine by the fire in the guest lounge. I highly recommend Ana Mandara Luxury Retreat and am looking forward to my next visit.

We visited Port Macquarie to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had an amazing trip and Jennell and Leo were the perfect hosts. Everything was organised in advance with ease. We included a 3 course dinner with wine in our package and the meal was beautiful. We stayed 2 nights and had a terrific time. The fantastic hospitality of both Jennell and Leo is something you are not going to find at a regular hotel. Chef Leo created a delicious dinner on night 1 and recommended a terrific local restaurant for the next night. It was quiet and located away from the main city centre, it allowed us to see an area we would not have found. We look forward to another visit.

Amazing doesn’t even begin to explain how our trip to Ana Mandara was. We loved our stay so much and will be recommending to all, hopefully we can go back as soon as possible!Service 1000/10. Food was amazing, cooked by friendly chef Leo. Jennell helped us with whatever we needed. Both happy to have a chat with us and always checking in to see how things were going. Rooms immaculate. Resort spectacular. Location stunning. We enjoyed having the quiet atmosphere very much, just what we needed for our trip. Extremely lovely place with an amazing view on the waterfront. Room was 11/10 clean, super spacious and the bath was just perfect. The owners Jennell & Leo read every wish from your eyes. Leo is a very talented chef too, so you can have very tasty food there. It feels more visiting family then staying in a hotel. We we‘re super happy with that - if you’re looking for 100% privacy it’s probably not the right place.

It's an amazing place to stay. Both Leo and Jenelle were great hosts and their customer service was excellent! They were very informative and would accommodate requests as well as try and make bookings for other restaurants for us. The room was great, airy and had plenty of space. Breakfast by Leo was always fanastic each of the days and portions were big. Definitely will come back and recommend to others.

Such an amazing experience, Jennell and Leo really went above and beyond for us during our stay! Incredible views and food. It was so nice to just sit back and relax knowing your in good hands.
