Drainage Group

We had a blocked sewer drain and couldn’t use toilets or showers. After reading the reviews for this business l called Jaime at Drainage Group at 9.15pm and he answered immediately. I gave Jaime a description of my situation and he said no problem. Jaime arrived on time and got to work immediately explaining each step. Jaime showed me and explained the issues causing the blockage. He had all the equipment including the camera that could see all the detail in the drain.Jaime unblocked the drain and cleaned it thoroughly. He charged as per his quote not a dollar more.He even offered to supply free of charge a drain cap to stop dirt getting into the sewer.I highly recommend Drainage Group for all drain issues. Great efficient service with customer care.

Erick and Jaime are a great team and replaced the BT with great professionalism. On time and very good pricing compared to others. I can highly recommend. They are also very well mannered and a pleasure to deal with.

Jaime is a nice guy, l employed a few plumbers past decade to clean my drain pipe blocked by tree roots, he is the best one with the most experience and a very powerful equipment, but charge reasonable cost, he cleaned the pipe over 10 m deep that the previous guys never did. Highly recommended!
