Poor service he sees me arrived kept talking with his coworker While I’m waiting in the car to know if they can do my car but no he walked back to the washing area I have to get out of the car and run after him to ask if he can do my car.Anyway was that bottle too heavy to lift and clean under it??

Totally loved their friendly attitude and service. The reception staff were warm and friendly. My car was washed and waxed to perfection. Although I had paid for only outer body wash, they threw in a vacuum of front seats and mats complimentary!Simply awesome... Would go back there again and again

Would give more stars if I could! These guys have been my local carwash for over 5 years and I would never take my cars anywhere else. Attention to detail and service at this phenomenal establishment is second to none and I can’t recommend the lads and ladies at The Wash highly enough!!!! Do yourself a favour and take your car for a wash here, you won’t regret it.

Family has been coming here for over 10 years now and sad to say the quality of service has dimished. Typically, I usually pay for the in and out care, and 4 times out of 5 you get what you pay for. However, this time I decided to go the step up (ultra care for $70) as my dash, console, screen, trims etc. needed a detailed clean.Unfortunately, I honestly could not even tell the difference between in and out care and this, not only was the cleaning detail very rushed with smear marks apparent once I drove out into the sun, the console and dash were not cleaned very well, with many marks still left and dust in the console/gear shift.The windows and screens were also not cleaned well with streaks left too.Very unfortunate.

I’m not normally a Karen (never left a review or been disappointed in a service anywhere before) but I paid $109 for the ‘in and out’ care ($59) and additional $50 to steam clean a SMALL section of my back floor where I had just split a bit of my drink an hour beforehand (there was no stain or anything but I was just being cautious as it’s a new car). They said it would only take 30 mins which was the first red flag. They ended up steam cleaning my 2 small carpets in back (clean anyways as it is brand new as of 3 months ago and never have anyone sit in the back as it is a 4 seater Jimny) to justify charging so much. Straight away got in my car and noticed the whole plastic in the back next to where they apparently steam cleaned was still dirty. Went back 2 times to get it wiped, however when I got home again and did a look at the outside in the light, I noticed there was still spots on the outside of my car, the side mirrors were not cleaned, the back still had some mud marks on it. Moved my seat forward and there was a clean plastic spoon I’d dropped a day prior (on the way to work and forgot) right next to the console. meaning the seat hadn’t even been moved the whole way forward to clean the centre console (my car is 2 doors so you have to move the front seats to reach behind the centre console). The lighting is clearly WAY too dark for them to see the cars they’re working on. Would only be happy if I paid $10, especially considering I am a 21 year old university student trying to get by…will be cleaning my own car from now on.

Very unhappy customer. Took my Statesman in to be washed and vac inside, whilst I shopped. Came back an hour later, and car appears ok in the dark (poor lighting in this basement car park). Drove out into the daylight and you could see they hadn’t washed the brake dust off the wheels, didn’t vac all of the carpet (there was grass blades still in it) and missed dirty sections of the car by doing a quick and nasty wash. So I took the car straight back to complain about the poor service. Pointed out the issues. The lady said they would fix it, took the car away and a couple of minutes later I got it back in the same condition. Brake dust that was pointed out when I went back STILL wasn’t wiped off my new wheels and they didn’t even wipe the dirt off the chrome exhaust tips at the back of the car. I can only assume their car wash people have bad backs and can’t bend over to clean the lower parts of the car. For $59, I’m super unhappy. Don’t bother taking your car here, they care 0% about giving you a clean car back. I have photo proof of how the car was returned to me, if the business owner cares to contact me.

I tried to wash my car at this place. I arrived around 4:20pm and the staff obviously couldn't be bothered washing anymore, so said they were 'closing' even though website and google say they shut at 5:30pm - Plenty of time to wash 1 car. God forbid they actually stay till the advertised closing time. Will go somewhere else that actually wants to do their job.
