Visited reception to make appointment for complicated MRI......Allison was a delight, she arranged for me to speak with MRI operator due to my medical history. What an asset she is to Capital.

Unable to reach them over the phone,so I had to walk in for an urgent scan to be done! Lady at the reception was great. I was so pleased with the service from the stenographer(Fijian) too,he was so friendly and professional.

Very bad experience..trying to call them 8 time since yesterday nobody picked my call to change the timing or to inform them that I will be 15 min late in the morning as there is long waiting for months to get in moreover no voice message option. Since morning 8:58am trying to call saying call us back in business hours then finally able to call them at 9:07where they said can’t hear me but I can hear them . End up to they said you came 15 min late to your appointment and they didn’t let my daughter come in for her ultrasound scan. Not understanding how to contact them if there is some problem , these people don’t care at all.

My sister went in for x-ray report came back as no break. I'm 15 and saw a break with in a second of seeing the x-ray. End up getting a second opinion and ended up with 2 bad breaks.
