I recently purchased my first home from Shape Property. From the moment I met Diana Kozlowska she was kind, helpful and genuinely cared for me as a first home buyer. Not only did she find me the perfect property, she was always there to help me and answer all my questions and give me recommendations along the way - no matter how big or how small, nothing was ever too much to ask. Poor performance by property manager (Matt Arthy) resulted in numerous breaches of landlord's legal responsibilities. This terrible experience for renters will likely result in higher tenant turnover, leading to lost income for landlords while new tenants are found.Some highlights:- Condition report was never completed by the agent prior to move in. As a result, the property breached the minimum rental standards prior to move in, exposing the landlord to the risk of a terminated lease and the resultant loss of income.- Gas safety check was not completed prior to move in. We had to follow this up multiple times to get it done.- Both urgent and non-urgent repairs not actioned within legally required timeframes. Many instances where the property manager (Matt) did not respond at all to maintenance requests unless followed up a number of times. Even the tradies sent by Shape complained about Shape's lack of communication and delays in approving works etc.

Diana Kozlowska, from Shape Real Estate, was the agent for the apartment we purchased last March. Diana was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, and really cared about us, she understood our needs from the very first open house.Diana is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments. She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way!We found Shape to be a great real estate company to dealt with. The whole team were very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Highly recommend.

We have entrusted Shape to manage our investment property for several years. They are always friendly, responsive, and endeavour to look after both our and our tenants' interests.

As a renter, I had the worst experience with Matt Arthy. Very poor communication from him. He even ignored my emails. On vacate, he kept giving excuses as to why he hadn’t done the vacate inspection on the promised date, which eventually got done 7 days after I vacated. He deliberately postponed releasing my bond till the last legal timeframe of 10 business days, despite the fact we were model renters! To get anything actioned, I had to go above him to Diana Kozlowski - who was was kind and supportive - and is the ONLY reason why I even gave them 1 star! Shame that Matt Arthy gives the rest of the decent Shape team a bad name.

For our first time renting out our property, we were delighted to have stumbled across Amanda and the team at Shape. Their expertise was invaluable as they kindly answered all of our questions in a timely manner - they really are true professionals! Plus, their friendly attitude made us feel right at home throughout the whole process - we couldn't be more thankful for them.
