I came into this store on the 10/6/21 and was served by a youngish male employee. I was unfamiliar with the difference between pans and what would work best for what I needed, and this man went above and beyond to answer all my questions and gave me plenty of Options to choose from.He was so professional and helpful, and made me feel really valued as a customer.Thankyou for your service

Would have been a 5 but they don't take cash so wont be shopping there again. Personal choice not to support companies that go cashless. Please put a sign up advsing that you are a cashless business.I do want to note the staff were beyond helpful and so friendly so 5 stars for them.

Store was really lovely. Staff were great and very accommodating. We had to change an order and had a complicated situation easily resolved by House. Very happy with the overall service and quality of our product too!

Another one of those shops my partner dragged me in, BUT, what a revelation it proved to be. Their range is extensive & of good quality brands at discounted prices. My partner made several purchases & the biggest selling point was a staff member named Adam. It was near the end of the day, yet, cheerful & chirpy, his sheer enthusiasm for the range of products & how they compared was infectious. So infectious, even I became interested in pots & pans, so to speak, lol. My number one complaint is usually related to service, as in poor service, this guy was OUTSTANDING & a credit to this establishment. I would absolutely recommend you visit this store, look out for Adam, we will definitely drop in again & explore further purchases. Cheers.
