this Chemist is terrible and unprofessional. they seem to think they can tell what medications you can have and when. Even tho I have a doctors script they wont fill the whole script at once and like to make people come back later to get more medication rather that grab a fortnights worth in one go. African Pharmacist man got aggressive and raised his voice at me when I was trying to get my fortnights medication telling me to come back next week. I live in the Bush and drive 3 hours to get into town. this is absolutely the worst chemist I have ever come across. further More I encourage any person that has had issues with these tyrants to make an official complaint to the Office of the Health Ombudsman. this Pharmacy needs to shut its doors for good. Shawney is the only decent staff member they have. and that Meg clearly likes to stick a glass pipe in her mouth

The person serving did not know what pbs safety net was. Other girl came, checked. Came back and told me you still have not reached it. I said I got my card a couple of weeks ago.There was a lot of chit chat that did not sound work related from behind a wall.Other customers just barged in to get their items, not checking if they were next. Not even respecting the pharmacist. I waited 40 minutes for 1 scriptGod forbid that I need to go back there again. Won't be back any time soon.

Worst Chemist in Australia, there is always something wrong whenever I go thereThere have been many occasions when I have been told that my medications would be in stock on a specific day but when I rock up they’re not there and they don’t take accountability. They lose the scripts on file, horrible organisation. Always a long wait time even if there is no other customers. They don’t answer the phone. The owner is smug and arrogant. Worst chemist never going back.

Been here previously. This rating is for my most recent yet final visit.I walked in looking around for a minute and was seen by a few staff however no one acknowledged me, even though there was ample staff around yet only one person being served. A few people walked in after me when I was looking around for what I needed.I couldn’t find what I wanted and patiently stood waiting. Two staff were taking at the register and again, I wasn’t acknowledged even though one of them looked at me.Typically when I visit a chemist, especially a Chempro, I like to be met with the same gratitude and discretion that has since been consistent. The woman who served me was not discrete in any way when I questioned her about certain products regarding my ailments. It’s embarrassing enough talking about some conditions in public without the added pressure of a retail pharmacy assistant begin to talk louder with a slight indent of humour rise on her face. And then to blurt out what she did regarding my condition with no discretion left me utterly humiliated.I am not impressed. It’s unacceptable. I expected a hell of a lot more decorum from someone as in a position as she is in. I have written to your HQ team in the hope that the appropriate persons be notified for maximum retention because I will NOT be returning to this chemist.

Tried contacting the pharmacy an hour before closing to find out if they carried mobility aids. No answer after 6 calls through all four menu options.Arrived after a 30min drive to be told that they didn't stock the item I was looking for (fair enough, it's not a common item), no problem at all with that.The one star review is due to when I mentioned my various attempts to call I was told that the man that answers the phone wasn't in today". Used to be excellent. Like was my go-to pharmacy. Recommended. And was so handy to have open late til midnight. NOT ANY MORE. Now, isn’t open for as late in the evening (which is fine - I’m aware that there is a shortage of pharmacy staff presently that’s quite critical) However, they seem to still be WOEFULLY understaffed even with the reduced hours. They do NOT answer the phone - but hang up on you. I was attempting to avoid a 30min round trip to see if another script had accidentally gotten filed with one that was dispensed as we couldn’t find it in our house/car. To no avail. Avoid. Or only if absolutely desperate. And be prepared to pay more.

Kind and friends staff, easy to get along with, good pricing and there’s usually not a long wait to get your scripts like other chemists. They get me my prescriptions in a more then timely fashioned I appreciate the work they do it’s a great pharmacy.

Tried to order cough syrup for my daughter who is sick on uber eats. They accepted it twice then the driver gets to the store to pick it up. Then they tell them it is out of stock.. I have tried to call them about 20 times and no one picks up.. an absolute waste of time. Either they are understaffed or incompetent

Tried calling the store multiple times over a 5 hr period m, every time I got hung up on. They don't answer emails either. UPDATE: went instore and had some good experiences with staff, they accepted the price match everytime I went in except for today. The head pharmacist decided he wanted to make up a policy on the spot saying they no longer price match cultiva or medcan products.... I had previously got a price match on the same product the previous day. Don't go here if you want to pay the RRP on products and dont expect them to honor price matches. They like to charge an extra $20-$30 on top. If you want your medication at rrp or less go to mylifemyhealth and brisbane compounding pharmacy. This place has been a SCAM since grant left.
