Great place to take your kids for swimming lessons, extremely helpful staff, excellent customer service. I had been paying lesson by lesson fee as i was planning to move interstate but at the end of the first term they adjusted the money and did not charge me for last lesson without even asking. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. I am very happy with their great customer service gestures. If i had stayed in Adelaide then this place would be my first pick for my kids. Keep it up guys. Love your work

Who said there's no kindness & charity left in the worldI had a heat stroke on Tuesday 25th January when I was in the pool2 gently men helped me out of the pool Bec ( the pool attendant) gave me some water & orange juice and looked after me until I was a little better and a very nice lady drove me home & gave my husband a lift back to pick up our car. Well done to all & Very Big Thank you.

Pool is excellentStaff are niceThe murals are funThere’s a board at the end where jokes and puzzles are posted regularlyThis centre has done their very best to remain open as much as possible, thru the ups and downs of the last two years of covid, abiding the covid regulations.Timetables are great for kids lessons, but harder to work out, if you just want casual swimming.Change rooms (showers) need attention.EDIT it’s early august now, the male change rooms have been renovated and the female change rooms are being renovated right now. Wonderful update.

Great swim school for my little one, the instructors are very good with the kids and in only a few lessons you will see changes in how confident your kids are in the water. Had to leave my local area because our swim centre was full, worked out well because I highly recommend Paragon.

My daughters do swimming lessons here. We've been really happy with their progress and imposed with the instructors and their attitudes. Communication has been good and facilities are generally kept in quite a good state.

The parking has been limited for months because of the renovations, which is understandable. Today, a large number of the remaining parks have been signed as doctors' parking. Where are customers and patients supposed to park? Apparently there is an application pending to build a 2 storey car park. Guess that's both good news, in the long term, but adequate parking needs to be considered for the short (?) term.
