Terrible customer service, I walked to the shop this afternoon to have a look at the carpets, asked about a carpet and the sales person responded why don’t you bring from Iran? Not sure why so rude?I have never seen such bad customer service and do not recommend to anyone.Rule No 1 in any business is to be welcoming and polite to your customers.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Its interesting that you claim to be in the business 40 years and still are very INSECURE being worried about any Persian passed by your shop assuming is a carpet importer, Maybe you should put a list of your customers on the door so others don't come in.I rest my case after seeing your response as its obvious not only you lack the basics of customer service, you also have to take a refresher course in business strategies.
