The service was the worst that I have ever had, arrived at 8:20 pm, the restaurant is supposed to close at 9 pm and the girl was really disagreeable, and putting the pressure on us to choose what we want in less than 5 minutes because they wanted to clock off more than half an hour before, she should be fired to know that it’s not by acting like that that she will go far in her life. Really disappointed.

Was very busy with only the manager working due to no one turning up for there shift she handle the pressure well with a smile on her face I wait nearly 30 min to place my order.

The service was much better this time with friendly staff and smiling faces all takeaway staff should be like this when dealing with customers it makes their experience so much better

The food was okay, however the service was terrible! The staff seemed unwelcoming and they rolled their eyes when asked questions. I’m wondering if it was blatant racism! The restaurant also looked as if rats cover the grounds at night and the seats were still on the table, even when it was lunchtime. Customers had to take the chairs off themselves and clean their own tables! The toilets were also broken. Back where I’m from, the service is never this terrible. I am very appalled and this is the first time I’ve ever left a bad review. So disappointed.

Staff person dropped some of the ingredients on counter, picked it up and put back into sub, when asked to replace the contaminated food she just took it out and continued did not ask if we wanted fillings with our sub, closed it then opened it again, the ingredients were not very good looking (carrot, lettuce and cucumber all in one pot) when putting the dressing on only put in on the outer edge of the sub, did not listen when we asked to have it cut in half and had to be told twice. Did not speak clearly mumbled her words. Not a good staff person, no customer service skills at all.
