Signed contract in February for apartment offer was what they were asking. Agent came back saying developers not accepting anymore offers. It is near end of April 22, and they are still advertising apartments yet not taking offers. Agent thinks that they want to increase their advertised price. REI is doing nothing to help, council is doing nothing, sign board still up stating prices from $375 for 2 br I offered $504k not happy with developer.
