so helpful ordered new printer and paid - then only one hour later changed my mind and called back to cancel and just Buy some Ink instead very lovely of them - mark was so nice - im sure it will arrive quickly too - seem very efficient with responding to their Customers.

Received excellent follow-up from Mark when I placed an incorrect order. Mark picked the problem up as my order did not accord with an earlier discussion we had - well done. Much better service than my local retail outlet who I dealt with for many years and who constantly whined about people buying on line when he could have provided some service. Apart from service the product is half the price. I should have been on-line years (many $s) ago!!!!!!!

Great customer service, got a really cheap, non-brand-name cartridge in a hurry (these things always run out at the worst time! Ha!) and was offered a full refund if it didn't work. It did work thanks to the expert advice we recieved and the guarantee gave great peace of mind. Many thanks for saving the day!

Purchased an Epson scanner at a competitive price., knowing nil stock and shipment was in transit. I was kept advised of situation, and given ETA when local delivery tome was made, and it arrived on the day.Invoice provided stated delivery date rather than purchase date, which is good for warranty purposes.Will use them again.
