Strongly recommend being on-site if any work is being done do not rely on written consent being followed. Company will then deny they did anything wrong after removing a tree that was not consented toIn response to your replyI have never been contacted by your company at any stage of the works. Your company's first correspondence to me was AFTER my email complaint..At no stage was a walk through requsted to my partner or myself by your company.On that morning my partner and I were unaware that an arbourist would be on-site and he believed to be meeting with the neighbour to discuss his concern about the irrigation and a small memorial tree that were in the area- he attended alone as I had a medical appointment. In relation to what I said- would you like me to publicly state what your employee also stated?I do not blame the crew, I blame management for failing to follow a written agreement.. any deviation to this should ALSO have been in writingThe whole purpose of my complaint was to raise awareness to management so that this does not happen to someone else in the future. A simple procedural change would have avoided this situation

Very pleased with this service crew was polite & obliging always confirming what i (the customer ) wanted & If I was satisfied.Did a good job & cleaned up the site.

Dan Matt and Nathen came early and on time had great customer communication skills, highly professional in every part of there job, worked as a team got the job done quickly and efficiently would highly recommend budget tree service to all

What can I say Sharnn is absolutely fantastic in every regard. Helped me out when I was in a terrible bind. Came straight away and helped me with my Staghorns, elkhorns and other unusual jobs and I can’t thank Sharnn and Piper enough. I would recommend Budget Tree Services to anyone. Very hardworking and great teamwork amongst the guys onsite. Approachable, very accommodating to your requests and effective in leaving a tidy site.Fair quote and honoured it, even when a 2nd visit was required. They live up to their name!Would have them attend to work in future.

Wow! These guys are seriously fast and through. I approached several tree services for quotes and these guys were the ONLY ones that showed up when they said they would (or at all). Their price was absolutely amazing! The only issue I had with them is that they had a machinery breakdown (which realistically could happen to anyone), BTS were really good at keeping in contact with me and organizing a new plan to ensure the job was still done on time. The guys that attended site we very professional and polite. The guys had to work close to fences and took care not to hit the fences with tree limbs or machinery. They even raked up all the loose twigs off the lawn, without being asked.
