Absolutely unprofessional team, disrespectful have no customer service skill, shocked at how some of them even got the job!!

I booked my car in for a service and upon calling them I advised that it was a 120k service that needed to be done.When I arrived they advised me they had me booked in for a 110k service.I advised that the car has done 120k and that I had accidently missed a service. They advised that the system said it was due to the 110k, and I informed them at the time of booking it in it was due for a 120k.They then advised that a 120k service was a big service (I knew this and that is why I advised at the time of booking it in) and they don't have the parts available.This is either incompetence or a lack of listening skills.My day has now been stuffed up and I have to rebook the car in.It will be using a different dealership from now on and I was also just quoted over $150 less by another Suzuki dealership for the 120k service.It's funny because I was also thinking about updating the car in the next few months and had planned to chat to the sales team about an upgrade.Mantello have lost a service customer and a new car sale.Well done guys, your lack of listening skills has served you well.

As well as your reception team.We had special situation for need the car be delivered ASAP, after well discussed and following up by days, finally , we got the car in 2 days earlier than estimated. They are the best. There is nothing else to say. The staff at Suzuki Fawkner, particularly the service department, are nothing short of amazing, my only regret is not buying my brand new car from them! But, I will never service my Swift anywhere else. Could not speak highly enough of the team, Santos will look after you every step of the way!! :)

So this is where I would take my Suzuki Vitara to get serviced since I purchased the vehicle. The car had a fixed serving cost that was offered as part of the purchase of the car. Now that this has stopped, I have taken the car to a service centre that is closer to home, and what they have found is nothing short of a joke. This service and repair will now cost me over $1,600 because Mantello as a dealer service repair place failed to do certain works. Obviously to save costs because of the fixed service cost. Brake fluid has never been flushed, Air filter has never been changed, included on the scheduled service when it was supposed to be, The drive belt is frayed, which would have been the case during my last service with them, and the list goes on.If you get a car with fixed Service charges, BEWARE.Never bringing my car there again and will steer clear of Mantello when it comes to buying a car. Disgusting.
