Yoga Zeal General & Prenatal Yoga
I started attending Jan's Iyengar yoga classes on the advice of my physio as I had a problem with my left knee. I had no idea what to expect, being a complete novice to yoga. I quickly realised that Jan's extensive knowledge enabled her to address individual injuries and tailor all moves and positions so that each student was able to participate fully and benefit from Iyengar yoga. She has a sympathetic manner towards all students who have the utmost confidence in her. I am now on my second course, my knee is much better and it is obvious that my entire body is benefitting from this. I would highly recommend this course for anyone.

Yoga Zeal General & Prenatal Yoga
Jan's Iyenger yoga class is perfect for all levels, as all poses are done slowly, carefully and supported. Jan explains everything well and knows that all bodys are at different levels so will adjust the poses accordingly. Jan is very knowledgable and caring and I would reccommend her class to everyone.
