The technicians that came in to clean the carpet were very professional, polite, and punctual. They explained the process for the pet stain and odor removal. Pricing was reasonable for the amazing work that was done. I will definitely be calling the company again in the future for other rooms in the house

Castle & Co Newcastle and his team did an excellent job cleaning the carpet for our office . We had several stains that we were hoping would come out and thankfully, they did, as Ali had the right equipment to help restore the carpet back to a nice stage. We had to reschedule our original appointment and that was easily done with no hassle. We would definitely use him again!
