This is the best bulk bill clinic and best big doctors clinic I have been as a patient and have worked in. All of the drs are great. I especially like Dr Shanana Rahman and Dr Kelly Gibb.

As a practice, great place, Dr Nick, love ya mate.1 suggestion, when your receptionist/ nurse opens the door to let you in probably not best practice to have them stand on the side of the footpath while 5 or 6 people walk past and say to you oh your here to see the psychiatrist ".Firstly

Hastings Family Medical was the first GP clinic we went to when we moved to the area last year and we haven't looked back. One of the best bulk-billing clinics I have been to! The clinic is modern and clean, great opening hours and everyone I have met including GPs, nurses and the reception staff are always welcoming and friendly. Despite how busy and challenging the healthcare system currently is, the service and care I have received is still fabulous and wait times are very reasonable. No doubt the whole team works hard but a special mention to the ladies on reception who are absolute superstars (fellow patients - please be kind to them!)

Came in today for a blood test.The male nurse who took my blood was absolutely lovely and made me feel very safe and relaxed.The receptionists however were rude, brief and seemed completely uncaring.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Shahana. I’ve never met or experienced a doctor with empathy before, I went through something heartbreaking and traumatic and it was just such a nice feeling to feel like she actually cared and wanted to help. I cannot fault the experience I had with her and I now have someone who I would call my regular doctor. Thank you Dr. Shahana

Came to the Respiratory Clinic (bronchitis) and was told to go back outside to sit and wait either on the seat outside or in my car.The temperature was 33 degrees and the seats were in direct sunlight. I asked if I could wait in the cool inside and was refused.I have never been treated like this before…is this the usual reception for a person who is unwell?

Dr Kelly Gibbs is a lovely, great doctor who I actually feel confident with! She explained everything to me to rule out any worries and let me know about results as soon as they came in! Very happy with her help.They are accomodating for phone appointments and will continue to go here. :)

Friendly and not much of a wait for bulk billing. Staff were really good.
