Adventure Land

Entry expensive however awesome for kids. Took a four year old with me and was there for hours. Need to bring socks otherwise you will have to purchase. Children must wear socks whilst on the play area.

Decent play area for the kids, food is ok and not too expensive. Not a lot of places for adults to sit. Most importantly, kids were happy and enjoyed themselves.

Had my sons Birthday here, the customer service was great, food was awesome (especially the pizzas). Friendly staff. Would be a 5 but just maintainance of the playground could be improved and there's always space for improvements. So a solid 4/5

A great indoor playground. My kids love it! (It is cleaned very regularly, despite what other reviews have said. I think they might have been written by the competition because I've never seen this place dirty at all. And I've seen the staff cleaning on the mornings)I love the chai latte. There are even gluten free options on the menu!We did a birthday party there once. It was fantastic! For the party fee The staff feed the kids and play games with them. Parents were able to totally relax!

Seems like they need to book massive groups into functions.The amount of children they had from holiday care 40+ ruins the fun for the other kids when they are being pushed down and can’t even go down a slide because they are all sitting in the middle of it.

Last week I took my whole Grade 3 class to Adventure Land. We had a wonderful time. The service we received was excellent and so friendly. The food provided was high quality, age appropriate and delicious. My class had such a great time. Thank you Adventure Land!!!

Lack of maintenance, dirty and overpriced. It was good initially when it opened but now to pay $15 per child for a run down facility seems inadequate. The place is dirty and the lack if maintenance and repairs is obvious. I consider this place a health risk due to the lack of cleaning during the COVID pandemic.

Horrible service, especially one lady, she did not let me enter even though I was invited to a birthday and it was cake time only because she was talking, I understand that she was doing her job and I respect that. However she only needed to press a button to open the gate. Therefore, I will not come again or take kids here again.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. The playground itself is dirty and old that it's actually unsafe with all the unrepaired areas. The staff are just rude I don't appreciate going to a place I want to enjoy and spend my money at then being made to feel unwelcomed and hurried to leave so they can accommodate new customers. We're trying to chat and enjoy our food but the staff couldn't stop hovering over our table to clear it and sweep around us as well as even sweeping under our table and chairs all while we were still there! To make it worse when we came back to our table for a break from playing they had cleared all our plates and even some of the food we were still happy to continue eating. We would have spent more money and ordered more food coffee and dessert but after that no one wanted to stick around as we originally planned on doing.

Adventure Land was so good when it opened, but nothing is being repaired or maintained. There are always loads of people, they should be getting the money to keep Adventure Land as it was when it opened. The ball pits are now also not even ball pits. None of the things in the pictures work any more. Also added a picture of the ball pit.
