Stood around for 10 mins while all staff pretended to not see us at the counter and when someone finally comes over they can’t do passport photos as the machine is broken so off I go to find a photo usb thing to move the photos from my iPhone to a usb, no one to help so I ask at the desk and get told go to isle I, I still can’t find what I’m looking for, still no help so out I walk empty handed. This is around 9am hardly anyone in the store but everyone is too busy to help you

Its very well stocked for all of the items you may need, from stationery to tech to artist, and then some. Opening hours for busy people

Disappointed in staff with 0 care taken. When getting large posters luminated, I understand you are required to sign awaver if the machine chews up your posters. However, if it is staff not paying attention and ensuring the mint condition posters somehow have the edges folded over and they put them through without unfolding, this is very different and disappointing. The staff couldn't find them at first, placed beside to till, probably because of the damage. Then, to not even be advised of the damage by the staff when picking up is more than disappointing.This is plain rude and very unprofessional. 0 care and 0 responsibility.3 of 4 with folded corners. One poster has lamination ceasing through the centre.Submitted in mint condition.Update : Add to this the lamination has not been properly sealed and is already, at a few weeks old, separating around the very small edging.If you value what you need laminated, find somewhere else.

Went today to get passport photosStarted well with greeting at the doorBut downhill after that . Got sent to 3 locations by 3 different staff members who just seemed more interested in their conversations. After waiting 15 minutes i was told by one staff member that she could only operate the camera and she was on the phone with IT support and had no idea how long i would have to wait.i counted 14 staff with only 4 customers in the shopBiggest wast of time ever

Poor customer service, photo printing only works about half the time, other times there's no paper, or there's streaks. Printer bought from here stopped working after 1 month and staff not helpful. Tried calling their customer service number as well and was on hold for 30 minutes.

Returning a faulty laptop charger 30min after buying pouring down rain:Me: I'm in a hurry I'm missing work because this charger's faulty. I just need this refunded."Blonde girl: "You're lying it's not faulty."Me: "Plug it in my laptop here if you don't believe me."Male manager: "don't come into my store with that tone!"Me: "look check the cameras we were literally here 30min ago we just paid for it. Just look for the transaction in the register."Her: "No your transaction isn't in the register there's been no laptop chargers bought here on the 13 or 14th. You didn't buy this. We're not going to refund you."Either she is so incompetent she can't find a transaction ID from 30min ago. Or she is such a bully she thinks she can go around and call people liars. As far as I'm aware she didn't even bother checking because her hand didn't move on the mouse or the screen. She said you could check so pretty rude to offer that service then not bother doing it.I am an honest person and wouldn't lie about a broken charger obviously I just wanted a working charger so I could go back to work and that was the last one they had in-store.When I went to take the charger back from her to go home to get the receipt she held onto it and wasn't going to give it back to me. Like she was going to steal my broken laptop charger that cost me a hundred bucks. Terrible service. Look the guy was alright but that girl just was really nasty to me"
