On Wednesday (1 May) I purchased fuel here and was blown away by the exceptional customer service skills of the young lady who served me. When I commented on her wonderful service she replied that's what I'm here for". If only all customer experiences were like this. Thank you!"

Hi guys,I am regularly visited this station never happens before, but Saturday 17/07/2021 on between 5:50 to 6pm the guy who on the counter giving service was very very angry and do bad behaviour to me, because, I just ask my receipt. They told, I ask you before and you need to say yes. Ok I know I need to say but due to mask, I struggle to open my phone so may be I miss him voice. But if you giving the service you need to be nice not angry.

I visit this place daily as I'm fuel my work truck & buy smoko. great range of food if your in a hurry like I am. nice staff I do have a favourite staff member she's present to speak with and pretty. the poor lady has an injury with her left arm so if you see her non she's pleasant & pretty but keep in mind she's left handed so I'm rating them 5 stars for her effort.

My stolen card was used here this morning at 4:21am, they allowed someone to complete 3 separate transactions under $100. How the cashier didn't catch on baffles me, it sounds like poor training and poor management. Very disappointed.

Advertised on Price Spy as cheap, called up to ask if worth the drive and they couldn't tell us. Ended up driving out , because we are poor uni students, and the fuel price was more expensive than other places close to home!

To the management, Please appoint someone who shows some humanity and culture . Today night I had a very bad experience with the night time staff.His behaviour was totally unacceptable.He told me to get out when I asked for restroom use for an emergency.Plzz dont appoint this kind of animals.

staff has poor service, staff treats customer like me who is from overseas in different way and good to locals. no greetings, no farewell, no smile, and staff said me racist work withoit my fault and said me idiot and voice was loud

After reading some of the reviews for this service station I will give the place a miss. Seems to be a strong overtone of cultural bigotryreported by some of the reviewers.Ampol will not want to be associated with this attitude.

Good location that’s good to know if you head north is better than go that way because you’re not far from the freeway good location this is one area has been hasn’t hit full potential to I like to see Stafford city needs to get back to In need to start to comparing to become like Westfield I’ll be saying this for a long time because good store good location but I feel very strongly that got to do bit better having a petrol station on the other side might has got great potential no that’s close enough for you and Family that lives in the area has great potential
