I would definitely recommend Blacktown rms for the driving test. I did my driving test and and got my provisional licence. Testing officer (Mr Nav) was really good, encouraging, motivating and friendly. He gives you enough time to prepare your self for a drive.

To the high and mighty manager come supervisor with the perhaps UK accent your belittling, condensing tone was unwarranted and uncalled for! Luckily for me I work in this area and walked out which was best thing I did after having waited 50 minutes when you clearly had attitude and were unwilling to listen as you were correct before opening your pompous moth. Attended another Service NSW where I live and what difference as I was treated with respect and got my issue rectified. Apparently, this woman is superior to all on the side of the counter and one would think she actually would have the knowledge required to deal with dealerships and plate swaps on trade ins and new vehicles. Clearly not!

Dominic took my DT. He’s most friendly Test Examiner. Felt so comfortable while giving the test and I passed!!! Yayyyyy

This location offers driving test, staff were friendly, however the driving instructors have mixed service.. there is a complex round about which is also part of the driving route where most people fell challenging..

Had a driving test today with Dominic.Arrived 30 minutes early just in case any additional paperwork was required and realised I'd forgotten my wallet. (Remember to bring in the licence application form if you've completed it at home, otherwise you can complete it at the centre as well) Luckily if you have your licence on the Service NSW app on your phone they will accept that as well.Dominic was very clear in his instructions and calm.

Too late to provide service. Takes more than 1 hour in ticket. No estimate and just look the screen and read waiting for the number.The waiting numbers scrolling so fast, couldn't read.The lady at the service front Kiosk (Rachel) is so rude, she said we are busy and busiest service nsw ok, you need to wait. She nearly attacked me.After waiting for 1.5 hours, I had to leave without service.I know its busy, but need to improve.

My daughter had her driving test yesterday (08/06/2023) at Blacktown RMS, her inspector was Mel. She tells me she was so charming, caring , polite and very professional. She was very clear with her instructions well in advance. In my daughters opinion she said she couldn’t be any better, didn’t felt nervous with her. She felt her like a motherly figure. I would like to thank you so much Mel, for making my daughter Shivanna Prakash so comfortable and made my daughters day as she passed her test.Many best wishes and God bless you.

I had my driving test today. All good. My instructor (Nav) make me comfortable and his instructions was very clear. He was polite and professional.

This establishment is fantastic, housing incredibly courteous staff members who assist you in obtaining your driver's license and fulfilling other RMS requirements. Despite having 12 years of driving experience, I was extremely nervous about taking my driving exam. People had managed to instill a sense of fear in me even when it came to visiting the RMS. However, to my complete surprise, the atmosphere at this RMS was entirely different. From the very first sentence uttered by my driving instructor, Nav, my nerves were instantly calmed. His instructions were clear and delivered with politeness. Thanks to his composed demeanor, I was able to drive proficiently. I wholeheartedly recommend this RMS for its welcoming atmosphere and professional environment.

I had a driving test today at 2 PM. I commenced from home on time, in between I stuck up in heavy rain and reached service NSW, Blacktown at 2.01 PM. I was asked to fill the form and refresh my digital learning licence, by the time I do, It was 2.04 PM and the examiner (an old person) asked me to cancel my driving test since it was 2.04 PM. He then told me that I am not serious about test. He has no rights to judge anybody without knowing the background. The way he behaved with me was stressful at that moment. He just wanted to make me feel guilt for coming 1 minute late. He did show off that he was very professional, but not understanding unavoidable situation is being insensitive and rude towards customers. I approached even manager, but even she did not consider my situation and told to book another test. They are taking advantage of such situations to make money. I never experienced such unethical people before. I was upset for rest of the day. I agree that rules are necessary, but not at the cost of somebody's avoidable situations, money and time. I don't like to give any star, but I cannot post this message without giving at least one star.
