Very happy with the overall process. The initial contact was very pleasant and polite and professional. Both the Salesman and Installer were amazing. Friendly, professional, prompt and just what we wanted.

Very friendly cooperative technician attended to resolve tamper detection errors (alarms). Showed me how to change the battery if necessary in the future. Also showed how can download the camera recordings. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.

I had an RAC wireless system installed, as construction method of my house did not permit a fully wired system. The system itself seems good, but the app they tell you to use is a piece of junk. It is very limited in its features. You can only basically arm and disarm the system. You cannot for example part arm" the system using the app (perimeter only

I am disappointed in the extreme with the lack of backup for a camera/alarm system I had installed in September. Neither work as advertised to me. I am fed up and would like the system removed and my money back.I would certainly not recommend them.** changed from a 1 star to a 5 star review. Have has continuous faults since installation since 2019 , Rac installed unit ,hard drive replaced and informed its under warranty. New hard drive has failed 12 months later and informed it has no warranty and blaming Synergy at winter time. Save your money and time.

Genuine customer service every step of the way, from first contact to inquire to installation through to accounts. The 2 gentle men who came were efficient and had my place secure in no time at alll. They explained how to set it up and gave me a short cut sheet.

Utterly disgusting. I made enquiry to have the monitoring for my alarm system changed to RAC in late January. Completed paperwork and sent in on Feb 6. Reply to say all good on Feb 7 and needed to wait for call to have booked in. First call and email on Feb 10 for Feb 23, 1.30 - 3.00. Second email on Feb 10 changed to 2.30 - 4.00 on Feb 23. Second call and third email on Feb 14 changed to 3.30-5.30 on Feb 23. Feb 23 called by technician at 3.06 saying he was behind schedule and would now be 4.30-5.00. Drove past the technician sitting in his van on the side of the road on my way home just before 4.30. 4.41 called by technician to say he was still held up at the previous job and would no longer be able to make it and I would have to reschedule. I told him I had just driven past him sitting in his van on the side of the road just around the corner from my house so he wasn't held up at a previous job and as a result of this I would no longer be going ahead with RAC. My Parents had also sent in documentation yesterday to also move to RAC and as a result of this experience have also cancelled, and I was to move my contents insurance to RAC, this will now not be happening. After waiting for weeks and this is how prospective customers are treated by RAC, just unbelievable really and quite obviously RAC couldn't care less as have been contacted by no-one but will ensure others are made aware of my experience for sure and will never consider RAC for any purpose again.
