I have been insured with Method Insurance for 5 years for both Business and Personal insurance. Danny is extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions I have. I highly recommend!

Hi folks, I first approached Method Insurance (Danny in particular) to see if an insurance broker could provide a better insurance alternative than I was able to source myself. It was ultimately a money driven thing and beyond that I really didn't consider any future service that a broker might offer.Danny was able to beat any quoted insurance product I was able to obtain myself (and I did a bit of calling around etc to get some quotes) and we ended up sourcing our insurance through Danny for that reason.10 weeks later the Townsville floods destroyed our home. Its about here where you learn the true value of an insurance broker.Day 1 after the flood, I remember being inside my house amid the chaos and mud, and I could all of a sudden hear a voice outside so I went to see who it was. It turned out to be Danny! I hadn't seen Danny before so I probably looked confused (I presumed it was a government person or someone who helps out after floods), and then he introduced himself as Danny from Method Insurance. I was gobsmacked! I asked him why he was here (I couldn't remember if I'd asked him to come out) and he simply replied 'I came to check on you and see how you are coping'......I cant tell you how much this left me in disbelief as I have a long list of bad customer service experiences from Australian businesses (think Telstra etc) to have left me never expecting good service from anyone.Danny was from this moment forward, a godsend.Over the ensuing 6 months, I cannot tell you how many interactions were required with insurance folk, building industry folk, assessors, hygeinists, removalists etc etc,, literally hundreds, and Danny managed the whole show! I virtually did nothing! All around me however were neighbours fighting with big insurers day in day out, making phone calls, sourcing things, getting ripped off because they didn't understand the finer details in their policy etc etc.Danny knew everything, and the financial benefit for us as a family as a result of that was huge (thousands and thousands).Danny fought so many fights on our behalf along the way, interpreting wording in the policy and applying it to left field requests we at times had and I really cant imagine how I could have won those without his knowledge and determination.So my recommendation to anyone reading this is to at the very least give Method Insurance a chance to get you a better deal (its literally a phone call worth of effort). I literally had no idea about all the additional benefits that were going to follow beyond paying less for insurance, and if you don't ever want the hassle and worry associated with insurance claims and the whole process around it, Danny is your man.On a personal note to you Danny, my family and I will always remember how hard you worked to get us through this flood/insurance process and we are forever grateful to have had you in our corner.
