First time visiting Gem today, lovely experience. I believe I had Alice (at least that's who I selected when booking). She was very polite and friendly, I wanted a relaxing massage as opposed to the bone crushing ones I seem to get at most places. She provided a very good balance of just relaxing light pressure as well as a little more intense pressure in some areas. 60 min full body massage was more thorough than I expected, front, back arms, legs and scalp massage as well was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Gem!

Waited over half an hour for staff to show up,I walked away and went back, when I was given a massage, the guy went full deep tissue, advised relaxation shoulder massage, not only once but four times.Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.Always check with pressure, I felt like a truck was pushing into my shoulder blades.

These guys are awesome. I get a health fund rebate remedial massage and it’s the best in the area. Professional, skilled and accomodating. You can’t hear the shopping centre at all its so peaceful. Highly recommend

Have been seeing Alice for remedial massage on an old complaint thats been painful for 18 months after seeing, physio and osteo. I had relief after first visit with Alice and has continued to improve. She knows exactly what to work on. 100% reccommended.
