Used the app to order our meals, using the option to collect in the drive thru. Was very disappointed to find some menu items were double the price on the app compared to the drive thru menu. When I brought this up with staff when collecting my order they offered little interest or care.Now as I understand the Apps and online platforms offer business’s the ability to collect data and information on customers and their shopping habits to improve the experience and profitability. No point encouraging customers to use apps if you then charge them more?? Very disappointing when other similar companies actually offer discounts for on line ordering and app usage. I know where I won’t be going in future.

Tried the new honey chicken however it was only chicken dipped in sweet chilli sauce.Not that impressive. Was looking forward to honey chicken

Red rooster chips are always a highlight. This time around the roast chicken was really good, and service was super fast

I've been buying Red Rooster for 42yrs and the one thing I can always say is that their roast chicken always tastes the same and that is what I love the most is reliability and taste.I'm definitely a devoted customer for the rest of my life.

Best hot chips, super fast drive thru. Friendly staff, and can get a proper family roast chook at a decent price on your way to the waterfront, what more do you want?. Feeding a family of 4 on a night out in the park is made easy.
