A Great service and fantastic customer service. Very honest and Professional. I rang a couple of places for quotes and was decieved. One company wanted an Extra $200 another $85 because I had seen White tailed spiders in the house but like Brice said spiders are spiders and after the house was sprayed I saw a dead white tailed spider near the bins. They did a thorough job. Their service is topped off with a great sense of humour. A great price too. I have already recommended Concerned Pest Control to friends.Thanks guys see you next year.

I would recommend Concerned Pest Control Sydney, Bryce was very professional and explained everything that he was doing and gave great advise on how to maintain and help the situation. I am 100% sure we will have the roaches gone as I can see them dying. I will be following all his advise so we never have a big issue ever again. I will be a regular customer as I was very impressed on his work and also his customer services. Thank you Bryce.

I have used Bryce for a few years now with no complaint & it pains me to leave this negative review I had Bryce come & do a pest spray inside & out back in beginning of December last year he asked for FULL PAYMENT & said he will be back in 3 days to finish I have sent messages only to hear he will be here in 3 days that was 2 weeks ago I usually never pay upfront but I trusted Bryce now I need to find another pest guy & I would NEVER recommend concerned pest control I think Bryce is only concerned about getting money for half a job I feel so bad I would’ve rather left a positive review instead of this I gave Bryce a chance to finish he promises but after 2 weeks of waiting wouldn’t recommend to anyone call someone else DONT TRUST concerned pest controlJonis

Due to getting a new ducted air conditioning installed in the roof the sane day, Bryce couldn’t spray in the roof cavity. He promised to return a few days later to complete the spraying however he now ignores my calls and texts despite taking full payment. The cockroaches have also come back after a month of spraying so his “guarantee” is a scam. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to get involved in a similar mess.

Previously used Concerned Pest and had no problems in the past but in 2022 It has taken over 6 months to get Bryce to attend site after he requested payment in full prior to any works occurring. Understand the rain was a determining factor but it was an overpriced service for minimal effort. Did not complete the full service nor did he spray the inside of the property, apply gels or complete any dustings as per contract. Pretty disappointing service and would highly discourage anyone from using his services.

I have had Bryce (Concerned Pest Control Sydney) come around twice now and I would recommend 100%.As a renter I had a terrible ant and cockroach problem. My realestate had sent around a local pest company a couple times and no change over the years. I then took it upon my self and had two other pest companies come out and still no change in ants/crickets and hundreds of dollars wasted.I was at my wit's end and looking to move after putting up with this for many years. I decided to try one more time before moving and the Google god's delivered!!!!I contacted Bryce and explained my situation. He come around the next week and I haven't looked back!A few months after the first visit (not a single ant or cricket), from having a major cricket infestation to nothing... It's amazing.Had Bryce over today for another spray before the season starts again.Always lovely to deal with and quality work.Thank you!

Thank you to Bryce for you professionalism and attention to detail. You were thorough and left no surface unattended. We had a problem with roaches and ants and not even 24 hours later, our problem is now rectified. The roaches were dying before you even left our property. Highly recommended pest controller and I would have no hesitation referring you to anyone. You always deliver on your promises and your punctuality is to be commended. Recently had my house inspected and sprayed by Concerned Pest Control. Very professional and friendly service. The price was competitive and best of all no more cockroaches crawling around our kitchen!Highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Amazing job!!! I left it a couple of weeks to post a review to see if like with other companies that I have used if the roaches came back just as lively as ever. This time it didn't happen.Bryce is friendly, informative and most importantly thorough. Will definitely use this company next year.

Bryce and his team are legends - great attention to detail and came out at short notice after another company didn't bother to call me back (my yard was overrun with redbacks and they were starting to find their way inside - I needed my house sprayed ASAP). Very approachable, very friendly, will use again without a doubt - worth more than 5 stars!
