My wife and I are always treated with respect when we have a problem and go to see the staff could not ask for better service and it is all due to Luke who trains his staff well.

I visited the store to upgrade my phone and asked for nothing else. The sales rep then proceeded to try and get me onto a data plan plus wireless modem. I walked out after he brought my total monthly plan from just over 100 dollars to 257 a month. I left and brought an outright phone at Big W. I've never ever felt like I was being swindled more in my life. Avoid this shop at all costs.

The first time, we made an appointment & the staff, including Mac, were quite helpful. But, we did not buy our new phones, as we did not envisage, having to pay some monies up front. Anyway, made an appointment, a few days later, to go back in & see Mac & pick up our phones etc., Made it for 1.00pm, on Wednesday 2021. Had to change it, to Thursday, as I was very sick. Got into the shop, on Thursday, 1.00pm, to be told there was no appointment made & we should have been there Wednesday. Explained my communication with there staff, who had confirmed everything. No apology, was forth coming, for their mistakes or even try to help us. Just, did not care. So, we left, in disgust and will go and try somewhere else.

Michael was amazing! I was feeling a little overwhelmed with previous information given to me, however Michael sorted everything for us, simplified our plans and bill. Thank you very much.

Sad to find nothing has changed in this store after reading reviews dated up to two years ago. We are caravaners and needed to buy a new SIM card. We were pleased to find the Telstra shop In Dalby, and more pleased to see we were the only customers in the store. We would be in and out quickly. There were four staff members standing around and the young lady who greeted us said we’d have to wait as there were “five ahead of us” and that “ you’ll be notified when it was your turn”. Confused, we sat on the mall bench outside the store and waited. No one came in and no one left. After 15 minutes our phone pinged with a message advising “we had moved up the queue”.. But! No one had come in and no one had left! After a further 10 minutes I re-entered the store and was greeted by the same lady. I asked her how long I had to wait as all we needed was a SIM card. I was told there was ”five ahead of us “ even though we’d received a message saying we had moved up the queue. I told the lady we were travelling through and now we needed to hurry and only needed a SIM. She said, “have a good trip”. After a total of a half an hour we left without a SIM card. Am I missing something here? Other than the SIM card, I mean.

The young lady Jennifer was so helpful it was not funny, something that should have been sorted out properly at Albany when I first got the phone,Jennifer fixed up my problems which I was so pleased about & she also helped my husband with his phone which was really great. Very big thank you to Jennifer in Dalby.

Only went in with my mum for a quick visit. The staff member was great. Accommodated all of my mums needs & even went the extra mile to set up her new device & bring it to her in the shopping centre whilst she got her nails done.Thanks heaps to that lovely Telstra staff member.

Carissa was absolutely amazing, super fast and helpful. Not only that, she was amazing at assisting her co-workers at the same time.
