Just experienced some casual racism at Belmont Aldi. Cashier didn't respond when I greeted her, didn't offer me a catalogue... Spoke to the customer behind me the entire time she was supposed to be putting my transaction through. She was more than chatty with the two caucasian customers who came both before and after me, and voluntarily greeted them in a very friendly manner, etc. I can't account for the lack of equitable communication in any other way. Seriously, it's 2022. Do better.

I am VERY disappointed and unsatisfied with the amount of effort and respect that was directed towards me and other customers. It sickens me to say my hometown Aldi has failed to fulfil my expectations, I don't usually shop at the Aldi's and now I have been informally reminded on why that is. The service at the checkouts is just appalling, it appears like they train their staff to be rude, arrogant, unhelpful and pushy.

Aldi Belmont - Paige & Alicia were absolutely awesome today as I had too smaller trolley & they ran around sorting it all out for me. Could not have been more helpful.

Some Ailes were closed off for repacking,making it very difficult to select the items you required.Why can't this be done after hours,similar to Coles, and Woolworths.My family bought me a Ozito 36v 2 battery lawn mower on 1-09-2022 for fathers day at a cost of $399 ,I visited Bunnings on 08-09-22 and the mower was reduced to $319. A difference of $80. Not very fair Bunnings.
