Such great service from Andy and his team. Andy arranged for a plumber to come out first thing in the morning to fix a blocked drain. The plumber who came out was lovely, easy to deal with and fixed the problem quickly. Would use again and highly recommend.

Exceptional service above & beyond what is expected is hard to find these days - but with an unexpected emergency plumbing problem that developed late on a Saturday night the actual owner of the business made a late night stop in on his way home from a personal dinner and rectified the situation until they could return a few days later to fix the issue - personally checking in with me all along the way, unreal, unexpected and amazing service, you have my business for life ! Great job too Ken and at a reasonable price !

Andy came around and quoted up a storm water repair as it was blocked from downpipe to the street. Ended up changing the whole storm water layout as the previous owners had neglected this for awhile.Was a big job but the guys got the job done over several days and to the quoted price.Highly recommend for Adelaide Hills plumbing work.

After consulting with Andrew Evans Plumber re connecting our residence to the sewer line, and removing the septic tank, we decided to proceed. This job was completed in time on price, with no problems. We found his staff were competent, friendly, helpful and reliable. We have since used Andrew Evans, to recommend and install a new gas hot water system, this was completed to our satisfaction. Andrew Evans team also completed installing three large water tanks with a pump, for summer rain water storage. Over the years we have found plumbers off and on, but with all the work Andrew has done for us, it has left us with great confidence in using his business. We would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Evans Plumbers to any one.

Bad service. Advertise free quotes and then try to send you a threatening 1200 dollar fee if you don't proceed with the 'FREE' quote.Which is completely fraudulent, we disregarded the 1200 dollar threat and used another plumber.Be cautious ppl, and pls don't be fooled by the 1200 dollar threat to pay if you don't proceed with the quote, YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT OBLIGED TO PAY THAT.

I can honestly recommend Andrew to anyone wanting a professional plumbing service at a very competitive price and with quality work. Andrew was quick to respond to my enquiry, did a prompt site visit and gave a great price for a big job retiring an old septic and installing a new bio system at distance from main house that will also service a smaller accommodation.He really gave me great personal assistance and went above and beyond in helping me with a complex job.I will definitely use AE plumbing again

I rang Andrew regarding a leaky pipe, Unfortunately they forgot my appointment...BUTANDREW rang me back and apologized for missing my aptmt.He popped out on Sunday to look at the job..very impressed..thank you.They sent out Brent, to do the job, the young fella went full on, fixed the problem with an great attitude to boot... thanx guys

Not recommended.Used them twice:- first time they incorrectly replaced a pump (that was working fine- cost me extra $450).- second time asked them for a quote for replacing the septic system, didn't get the quote on-time. Now they are charging about $1200 for the quotation and saying they had to get a septic engineer (all I asked was a quote)!Be very careful if you are using this company!
