Called and spoke to Matthew in regards to test driving a car, drove 2 and a half hours to come and see the car and test drive after confirming twice that we where able to do so, was then told after we got there that we are only able to test drive the car if we put a deposit to buy the car. Matthew was extremely rude and tried to pressure a sale, how are you meant to know you want to buy that model of car with out test driving it first to see if you like it and how it drives!Matthew then proceeded to tell us we wasted his time and unless we buy the car we can not test drive, he was EXTREMELY rude and passive aggressive! We are extremely frustrated wasting OUR time driving 2 and a half hours to be spoken to so rudely.Worst customer service and if Matthew continues to speak to customers so rudely you will not make sales, we had full intentions of purchasing a car today but will happily do so else where.

I could not be happier.Mathew was very helpful and went above and beyond to help and show me how everything worked.All the staff are so friendly and always had a smile.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you need a new car.

As a first car buyer, Nowra City Holden has so far made the experience amazing! I dealt with Karlee, who was more than happy to take the time and effort to speak to me about the car. Her personality made the experience so enjoyable that I'd recommend that anyone looking to buy from there ask for her!

Don’t go to their service department, I had bought a new car and on the second day the car had broken down. I had gotten it to Nowra city Holden to get it repaired but the service manager Josh had refused to even look at the car and take it elsewhere. I was unable to get the roadside assistance to tow me to another dealership and had to pay another tow to another dealership. This dealership how ever jumped on it and even offered to pay for the tow. After I had but in a complaint to GM motors about the incident. Nowra city Holden had started to look at the car as it has been in a few times. Nowra city Holden had damaged my car and denied it and said we would own up if it was us. Little did they know my car has 24/7 360 degree surveillance. After I had share this with GM motors Nowra city Holden had fixed the damage but never apologise or owned up to it. They have been unable to find the problem with the car after I have told them and my expert had told them what it is. So their fix is to clear the codes and give it back every time it comes up. They have told me and I quote we are dummies we don’t know how to fix some things we have to be told what to do exactly step by step by the Field service engineer. Holden has also stated to me that my expert OB2 is not holden genuine there for it can’t read the codes but any generic OB2 can read the codes as they are universal. On top of this I had found out Nowra City Holden doesn’t use a Holden genuine OB2 but in fact a generic one. I found this out by contacting the manufacture of the OB2. Nowra City Holden now refuse to touch my car all together. They have tried to intimidate me on occasions. Do Not Go There I have spoken with other people who tell me the same experience.

The staff in the service area were polite, accommodating and professional on all occasions l have taken my ute there.They are also the only Holden dealer/ service workshop in the local area. Highly recommend them.

I bought a brand new car here 3 years ago. Gave me a fair price for my trade in, car on special offer. Working thru the free servicing I received. Car servicing and staff exemplary, Great coffee bean machine while you wait, comfy settees and big tv. Could I wish for better ...? No. Gail Sussex Inlet.

Very happy with our new MG HS Vibe, well looked after by Matt and Sean and got a good trade in price for our old car. Matt was very helpful in answering our questions on our test drive, great route for a test drive as well. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful, I certainly would recommend Nowra MG.

I have dealt with Sean Ryan, their sales manager, when I had to go there have a look at one of their vehicles. He's very decent, fair and kind on a personal level, and an expert and a capable person on the professional level.Sean offered to drive my newly purchased vehicle personally for more than 2 hours as I didn't have the time to pick it up from Nowra. And right after that he was kind enough to finish and send me all Rego papers and other related documents through mail, without me having to spend any time or money on that.Sean has definitely made it very easy for me to purchase the car I've always wanted .. I can't wait to deal with him again in the next purchase.
