Adam's Family Meats

Ordered our first delivery from Adam’s Family Meats recently and overall we are very happy with the service, delivery and packaging of all the meat. We have tried a few things out of our order and the quality is outstanding. We will be ordering again.

Great friendly staff quality meat

Yesterday I placed a $300 order online and today it was delivered for free. Our freezer is packed now. You get a great amount of meat and it's all good. No bad ugly bits. They also obliged to a special request I made. Definately will come back once this meat is gone.

The team here always go above and beyond to assist with any order you have. Their meat is fresh, carefully packed, the customer service is beyond amazing and the extra lengths they go to their customers is outstanding. Great quality, great service. Adam’s Family Meats supplied the roast meats for our son’s 21st and it was just delicious!!! There was more than enough to feed everyone and lots of left overs as well. All of our guests commented on how good it was!!! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Adam’s Family Meats!!!!

Got the freezer filler and so much meat in it!!! and some extra meat i have cooked the steak it was very good quality. and the chicken snitzy was better then any pub one. we would highly recommend them, Thanks Adams meats. Jo Pring

I ordered a meat pack, which was good value. I was late to pick it up the first day and they said they would put it in the freezer for me. I was unable to pick it up for 5 days waiting for a Covid test. I went to pick it up and apologised for the situation. The service was fairly underwhelming and a little hostile. I got home and part fo the pack was missing. I had to return to pick it up again and I was barely acknowledged and made it feel really uncomfortable. There was no apology or accountability for the mistake. I worked in service for 20 years and I really enjoy helping customers and building relationships with them and building our client base. The meat pack was decent value had I received it all, but mostly it became an inconvenience having to go in twice and I was treated iIke one. As echoed in other comments free range Eggs would be a nice touch, rather than caged.

Fantastic customer service and great delivery service and best prices. Awesome tasting and great quality meat. One of the best butcher's in my opinion. And i have to mention the amazing taste of the cabanossi especially the chilli cheese one. Always a great all round experience with Adams Family Meats
