Gippsland VeterinaryvI found always welcoming. Vet listens to you & takes time to explain things to you, offers options and solutions where appropriate. Gentle with my dog Mia, who is a very scared of everything Rescue dog. They have a program Best Mates which is wonderful as you gave access to consults, nail clipping and % off medications. There is an annual fee. I find it valuable as Mia has a few medical issues.

I brought my lab in for after hours emergency a couple of weeks ago that tragically had to end in him being euthanized. However Dr Emma who was attended him was very caring and professional and looked after him very well.

Poor customer service, after we completed several embryo transfers that eventually failed as the recipient mares we received that belonged to the clinic were infected with strangles when they arrived at our property.The mares eventually slipped their foals.After spending tens of thousands of dollars, I couldn't even get as much as a sorry let alone a return phone call from the vet to explain what had happened..Very poor service indeed .

Really good experience. Thank you, Dr Holly and the amazing nurses for doing such a great job with my rabbit's spay surgery. Also competitively priced compared to some other quotes I had received and the appointment was available within the week. Great quality care at this vet. Staff were helpful, kind and informative.

I was so pleased with the Gippsland Veterinary Hospital visit yesterday. The vet listened to all of my concerns and quickly and efficiently examined my dog. A treatment plan was arranged and everything was explained clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was left feeling confident in the vet's knowledge and experience in treating my dog. I will be visiting again for follow up treatment and to introduce my other dogs.

Such calm caring vets who are there when I really need them. Pets are treated by caring professional staff, but they also look after stressed out owners, with the same care and concern. Highly recommend Maffra Vets. It’s a long drive for me in an emergency, but I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets health.

Semi Emergency with my Whippet on a public holiday. My local vet could not assist so was given this recommendation and was seen within the hour! (I live 45 mins away). She was attended too without delay and all sorted by the next day. Cannot thank the team highly enough.

My experiences coming with my senior dog Ralph are always lovely, he is always thoroughly checked and well taken care of.The vet drs are always so calm and gentle with him making him feel safe and I always leave having and actually understanding his diagnosis outcome. :)
