Such a mess. Disorganised staff and impolite. I had the very unfortunate experience of having to wait 10 minutes for a simple chai latte. 10 MINUTES. The way the place is understaffed and disorganised. The two ladies who were working had messed up people's simple coffee orders and when confronted with a complaint from another paying customer the women told the man “well everyone else is fine so you mustn't complain”. The drinks there are completely overpriced for what you get. Please fray from going here, your $7 a coffee or tea will be well worth spent somewhere the staff are organised and know proper customer service. !!!!Friday April 14th, 2023.Go elsewhere!!!

Looove this place! Very friendly staff and amazing sweets & food! Also very comfy, always clean, and always playing good music, to keep the nice vibes going, but on a good volume, so we can still have good conversations and listen to each other very comfortably. Best cafe in Balaclava!

Great location. Good spot for tasty lunch or coffee and cake.I went sweet, but there seemed plenty tasty options.Seating inside or outside.Wide pastry selection.Cakes and treats vary daily. Yum!

This is the first time we tried polish food and it was an amazing experience. Service was also very polite and had a nice chat on how to try the food. Cappuccino tastes very good.

Been going there for years. Very European sweet, and foods served. The coffee is good. Nice place to catch up with friends and have relaxing time. Note parking is either on street or side streets.

Very sweet employees and tasty sandwiches! However the desserts I’ve had here have been a bit stale.
