The worst customer service, no internet for 4 days, no customer support people to answer calls. No connect on emails. This service is a joke! The internet constantly drops out… wouldn’t advise this company

Terrible company. Their service doesn't work and they don't respond to requests for help. Just give it a miss and find an alternative.

Payed for 7 days internet plan, they say it was perfect for gaming and streaming, end up getting 7.5mb speed! Worse provider ever! Definitely don’t recommend

After multiple phone calls and recommended email problems, the problem was not fixed. Recently the last wait time was 53 minutes and the email issues were responded to over 2 weeks later. 3 months of ongoing issues i still have no regular internet. Incredibly frustrating. I've cancelled my plan. Never recommend freedom.

DO NOT USE THIS INTERNET PROVIDER. No customer service, no one answers phone/emails etc. Internet speed is slower than most other providers and will randomly drop out for hours at a time.

Unreliable service. Many signal failures and frequent poor signal. Staff try their best but management is letting them down.

Worse provider. I paid for a 6-month plan. After 1 month they told me the can't install router on weekends., but at the beginning they told me installation on weekend is possible.Not responsive.Definitely don’t recommend
