Weddings in the Wilde

We had the best day ever for our wedding, Abi and her team were so helpful and did everything they could to make our day as special as it could be and kept it very organised. Through hiccups like COVID and rain they'd everything they can within the guidelines to make it all happen with respecting all situations from government to our needs. The Venue is truly the most beautiful place with green and beautiful trees and amazing for photos. We can't recommend Weddingsinthewilde enough and highly recommend to anyone looking to DIY and have exactly what you want at the wedding. Rooms were clean and venue was ready and in shape ready for us to have our day.

Amazing venue and even better staff. Perfect location for a wedding and could not recommend them enough. Went above and beyond to make the day perfect.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! Not only is this venue a beautiful forest retreat perfect for a festival wedding dream, but the team at Weddings in the Wilde go above and beyond to give you everything you want and more.Last year we were 3 days out when we had to cancel due to COVID-19, and at a time when no-one knew what was going to happen, these guys made cancelling and rescheduling the easiest it could have been! Then a year on, our wedding celebration happened to fall on a 1 in a 100 year flood weekend.These guys were dedicated beyond the usual venue assistance, they dug trenches, helped moved gazebos, stocked fire pits, decorated our cabin room and much much more. They put in place precautions so we could thoroughly enjoy the whole weekend, it felt like we were in the middle of a crazy storm and these guys were building around us to keep us safe without us realising- so we were able to have a carefree memorable wedding.We can’t thank you guys enough for everything you did this year and last year.Thank you Abi, Alistair and the team at Weddings in the Wilde!Love Olga and JoshXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I cannot recommend Weddings in the Wilde enough, the setting is absolutely stunning and Abi and Alistair truly go above and beyond throughout the process. All of our guests were in awe of the ceremony clearing and surroundings, and it was so special having a three day celebration where we could spend lots of quality time with our loved ones. We honestly cannot thank WITW enough for contributing so much to our wedding day and for all of the thoughtful, hard work they put in to make the day a success.

Most beautiful venue, most difficult manager Abi. Literally tried to book 4 times kept being told they would get back to me and then ghosting me. I wanted a small wedding, we went to check out the venue knowing the hire price for the full venue and more than willing to pay for it, offered us chapel hire only, we said that would be perfect if it didn't put them out. Then tried to work with literally any date that suits them. Relentlessly trying to contact them to be constantly told she has to check with someone else. For the 4th time I have been ghosted. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. After the 2nd time of being ignored we booked another wedding venue, Abi then contacted us two months later and said it would be fine. We had originally asked for feb 2024 she said yes, then changed her mind so we asked what date is preferable, the answer was early Jan, we said perfect we will take it. Then we were told September 2023, again we said we will take it. Since then we have had no communication, lost our other venue waiting for their incompetence. I don't even know what to say other that we were stuffed around for months.

This venue was our absolute dream venue! The scenery is like no other place and makes for the most magical photos and environment! It’s a big venue with so many options to really make it unique and your own! We organised everything with Abi who was an amazing help, she was so lovely and easy to deal with as were the other staff onsite. Would recommend this venue to anyone!

I just had my wedding at Weddings in the Wilde last weekend, and to say we had the perfect weekend wouldn’t even cover it! The venue is absolutely stunning, we didn’t stop being complimented on what an amazing venue we had chosen the whole time we were there.Guests are able to stay at the venue which is fantastic, it means you can enjoy a great weekend with all guests and have a recovery brunch the next day using their great kitchens and bbqs!Staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us set up the day before. I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful venue and would 100000x over recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun, relaxed vibe in the most naturally gorgeous setting (we didn’t need to do much at all in terms of styling as the venue is naturally perfect).Thanks so much to Abi, Al, Simone and the WITW team!!!! :)
