Service was ok, but the food was quite good, though I wouldnt say the chicken was basted like they do at other stores. They just squirted the sauce on top. Burgers were very good.

Chips were really poor.. and only discoveted when I got back to the office.. they are hard, overcooked (looks like they have been refried) and only 3/4 full ..NOT HAPPY JAN...

Omgoodness, so disappointed, was looking forward to some lovely hot chips, wish I had read the comments here first, family size half full plus a much smaller box, they had been cooked for awhile and only luke warm, not crunchy like previous, love supporting local businesses, but not this anymore. Ripped off big time. Not up to oporto standards.

Worst counter clerk, Michelle. Couldn't take an order. Didn't write down 1/4 chicken wing or the sauce. Got no sauce and leg. Wanted 3 strips with sauce and chips. Charged me for a drink I didn't want and to top it off the drink was hotter than room temperature. It was 38 outside - that means a cold drink. Worst service she had everyone glaring.

You gave to get past the slightly awkward decision of where to stand once you have ordered, close enough to hear your number but far enough away that you are not in other's way, you then will probably have to find yourself a clean table among the leftover mess of other customers.The food however; is exactly what you expect from Oporto, their staple chicken burgers at the same standard as all their other stores, just as you expect them to be.

The burger had too much chilli in it and was drowned in that much oil that the bread was soggy I couldn’t even finish it. The chilli cheese chips were the same, they were literally dripping with orange oil. Disgusting.

Don't go here if you have cealiacs.Tried to order my mum (celiac) some food when I went to ask the person taking orders if the grilled chicken is gluten free she look at me as if I had 3 heads then said probably not."I then ask what is gluten free on their I then get handed a sheet of paper with a link on it telling me to search that to find out. Real smart for an area that is notoriously shocking for phone reception.What I was asking for was not that hard and if it was that hard for someone to remember there should be an allergy statement on the menus.I had thought we had moved past the dark ages where Australian fast food restaurants had never heard of cealiacs and couldn't even tell us a dam thing
