As a health professional trying to hand over information to a GP I was on hold for 17 minutes then hung up and re rang and still on hold 33 minutes later. What if this was someone who was very unwell trying to make an appointment.

Lovely staff throughout the entire clinic. GPs are extremely knowledgeable and spend time listening to their patients (particularly my GPs Dr Uditha Perera and Dr Channa Fernando).

I recently visited this medical center and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. The facility was clean and well-maintained, The doctors took their time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, and I felt confident in their expertise. Overall, I would highly recommend this medical center to anyone in need of medical care.
