Home delivery I’m so over this storeLast three deliveries no straw for frozen cokeMost deliveries order cold and differentI’ve ordered chicken salad 4 times lately tonight delivery it came a dressing and pepita seeds. They state come to any MacDonalds stores and u get the same foods yeah right. Most times always a problem and u can’t ring them as they never answer.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae with chocolate...these ppl gave me a soft serve with chocolate sauce insisting its the same thing. Do you not know your own menu. Would give zero rating if that was an option

Ordered two chicken salads (with extra chicken in both), two double cheese burgers and a happy meal.Gave me the happy meal at the window with no toy (best part for the kids) asked me to wait in the parking lot.. took about 15mins waiting.Came to me with the two salads only. No cheese burgers.. the salads had hardly any chicken and no dressing.I asked the girl for the extra chicken I paid for, dressing and the burgers.She came back with only the two burgers and said that was with extra chicken, this was 100% not the case.I told her that's not correct its not my first time ordering this. She said well I don't make them and that's what they said.No apologies, nothing...I left as I was so angry and couldnt deal with the lack of service, she didn't care at all... too busy laughing with her friends outside the maccas.This was at about 7pm, 1.3.23.Will not be going here again. Hopeless.

The restaurant was disgusting with rubbish overflowing from the bin, rubbish and food on the floor and tables not clean. I had to call out for assistance as the staff would look away when I made eye contact, and I had to ask for a table to be wiped down so we could eat inside. The table was wet so we got napkins to wipe it off, and they were dirty just from wiping the wetness off the table. There was also drink spilled on the stools that was not cleaned up. But all food delivery drivers were well taken care of whilst we were there. Good to see where the priorities lie in this restaurant - which is NOT with their in store customers. I only wish you could rate 0 stars on these forms because that's what they all would've been. Stay away from this Maccas

Worst MacDonald ever.lots of staff was on shift and hugging each other, gossiping, laughing .very unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. Customer was waiting long time. Doing one order, keeping this half and starting doing other. All good becoming cold.instead of serving, drinking the coke. Yaak..I will never be there anymore. Waited for almost half an hour just to get one order done

The 'big mac' was tastelessCould only taste the sauce which had very little flavour, basically worse than wet cardboardThe big mac should be renamed to something else because it was not bigAnd there was way too much lettuce on it as wellThe cheeseburger was dry even with the sauceThe vanilla coke tasted like sweetened water with ice cubesAnd the fries were stale and weren't even warmThe only good thing about this was the delivery timeMcDonald's has gone downhill, it used to be way better 10 years agoIn future I'm sticking with Hungry Jack'sAs the slogan says, The burgers are better at Hungry Jack's

Worst experience at Drive Thru Mcdonalds. Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder that came absolutely disgusting and it looks rotten. Packaging was bad the box was bad the sandwich was bad. Unfortunately very bad experience.

The food was great, correct order, nothing missing, 5 starA teenaged kid served us on table, and she was friendly. I'd give 5 starPlace looked dirty, rest rooms were dirty but functional. my 5 yrs old son didn't want to play because playing area was dirty. Sometimes customers are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness. 2 star only.I'd give overall 4 star

this restaurant inst good. you can tell no one there cares-it shows in the quality of their foodevery order delivered there is something wrongcheap, quick and easy that's what maccas has going for themcheap- not anymorequick- no way.. 1hr minimum wait for a restaurant a 5 min drive awayeasy... be prepared to spend the next 10 mins on uber eats support...go up the road either direction.. this mcdonalds is by FAR the worst in the areadont come here
