Regal Nails Salon & Spa

I went in today to get a pedicure. The old lady was doing my service although I was not happy with a few things. The towel they used on the previous person before me was not changed and was used on me which is unhygienic and gross. As she was was clipping my toe nails and smacked the nail clipper on the foot bath and all these toe nail clippings came out and a few of them fell into my foot bath. The lady was also coughing all over my feet and not covering her mouth what so ever. The colour of my toe nails are uneven and not shaped nicely. This was not worth $50 I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back after.

I was very disappointed I asked for three tips to be removed as my own nails were long , I ended up walking out with short nails , not pleased .

I’ve come to this salon a few times for shellac pedicure and generally happy however last week the elderly lady did my pedicure after I sat in the seat for 20 mins watching my friend get hers done by a different lady.The elderly lady coughed all over me without covering her mouth the entire time and rushed through my pedicure and without me realising as I was talking to my friend the entire time.She didn’t cut my nails, they are the same length as when I came in and I’ve lost the shellac of three toes in less than a week. Will most definitely not be going back.

Service felt rushed and I felt like I was not valued as a customer. I had three different people do different stages of my acrylics. There was next to no prep on my nails, except for filing the surface down which in my picture attached, resulted in half of my fingernail falling off due to detaching in the middle from over-filing. Three of my acrylics caused ingrown fingernails. Will not be returning.

Terrible service. Do not waste your money! Very rushed and looks like my 5 year old painted my nails.

Very dissatisfied with this service.I thought I would try this salon as a change.I was asked to pay the $50 before I had the pedicure done.Very rushed and basically just washed my feet and applied shellac on toe nails.As I was leaving I noticed the lady next to me was having her heels scrubbed and then her legs massaged with moisturiser etc.I was not given this treatment as part of my pedicure!I could not understand what was being said, however the elderly lady working in the shop and two of the staff appeared to be arguing loudly the whole time.Not a pleasant experience. Do not waste your money. Will not be back.

very quick, good service and gorgeous nail

I went to regal nails for the first time 4 days ago. I went with my sister and we wanted to get pedicures together. My sister was started on first, but I waited at least 15 mins to even get anyone to start on mine. The girl who started on my pedicure was in training and she didn’t look confident to perform the service that is required, yet the staff insisted she do so. She started on my pedi, she didn’t know what she was meant to do as she was not trained properly yet, so she was just guessing. She then proceeded to try and take my old shellac polish off with just nail polish remover and a cotton bud. I didn’t want to be rude and say anything but I had to. The lady then said to the trainee to use the appropriate tool to remove the shellac, but the trainee clearly wasn’t confident to do that (which is fair enough, she should be trained properly before doing so). So I said no I will wait until someone trained is available. I then waited at least another 15 mins before anyone started on my shellac. So in the end I paid for a full service pedicure which I did not receive. I won’t be coming back here.

Just came out of the salon feeling very disappointed and emotional I’ve been going to this salon for over a year and a half never before have I felt so unhappy with my nails the girl after removing old acrylics didn’t even put tips on or ask if I wanted them just went over my nails with acrylic and they are all uneven (different lengths) and still was charged $65 went back to say was unhappy and didn’t even get a result just smiled at and dismissed really.Well after this experience you have no lost two customers
