It was an impeccable and romantic weekend getaway at Chalets! The design was minimalist, contemporary and luxurious. The attention to detail was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the Australian themed body care products and snacks, the considerate wine selection, the cracking fire with well stocked wood. The guy who chopped our wood was such a delight to chat to. The inviting nature of the room contrasted nicely with the raw bushland surrounding. Definitely coming back!

Had the most phenomenal stay here over the weekend. The staff were next level and everything is so thoughtfully picked out. The rooms are are flawless and being submerged in the Australian bush is breathtaking. Absolutely flawless, thanks guys for an unforgettable stay!

Highly recommend! High quality rooms, exceptional service and very friendly and accommodating staff. Angela and Phil were amazing! Exceptionally clean and well designed. Excellent cooking facilities in each chalet. There is a strong emphasis on sustainability which is great to see! We will be back.

Whoever designed the rebuild has done a fantastic job. The chalets are stylish, functional and very classy. Staff are wonderful and very friendly. And of course the area around Chalets is beautiful even if it is recovering at the moment. We had a fantastic time and will be going back.

Beautiful lodges immaculately presented on the doorstep of one of the best short hikes (Grand Canyon walk) in Blackheath. Rooms are very spacious, well appointed and a luxurious fit out with open fire, spacious bathroom including double shower and bathtub. Definitely recommend a stay for a luxury weekend away. Get the open fire roaring and crack a nice bottle of red. Borrow an electric bike for a ride into town. Great service and very friendly staff

Such an amazing resort and there's nothing really like it in Australia. Everything has been thought of, including all the details and luxury touches in the room. You step out onto the national park with nature right at your doorstep. The service is impeccable and personalised from prearrival to departure, with great recommendation of things to do and places to eat in Blackheath. Definitely recommend this for a getaway, Chalets will not disappoint!

Superb and spacious chalets in an amazing location. Attention to detail in the resort is super high and we were made to feel unbelievably welcome. Thanks to Steph for being a super host during our stay - a fantastic romantic picnic on the deck was very memorable. Also above and beyond service in reuniting us with lost property after we had left for Sydney. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

Beautiful location, accommodation was amazing and the service was excellent.A must stay if ever looking for a lux. Blue mountains experience.Great trails nearby for walking and a short trip into Blackheath if needed.

This stay has easily been one of the best and most memorable stays my partner and I have had. The attention to detail taken by all employees and the owner from the second you arrive to till you leave is incredible. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my proposal to my partner was as amazing possible.Absolutely well worth the cost and we can’t wait for our next stay at Chalets at Blackheath.

What a Quintassential Australian Dream. Our stay at Chalets at Blackheath was a sensory awakening with every detail so thoughtfully considered. If visiting, you must pack a picnic and walk the incredible Grand Canyon trail right on their doorstep. Don’t be afraid to light their in-room fireplaces. It was easy and a delightful experience with their big glass viewing door. I wish we had time to purchase one of their select meat platters to BBQ on our Chalet deck. Instead we had dinner at the Hydro Majestic’s Winter Garden. The ambiance and food didn’t disappoint! What a rejuvenating stay. Thank you, Chalets at Blackheath.
